I’m Ayisatu.
I love to help and I’ve got a broad range of skills that will suit an individual or organisation looking for someone to make life easier for them. Nurture Project Management is my package as a nurturer of ambitious plans, curious ideas and practical necessities. I believe that support should always consider a holistic view. The whole picture is required for adequate plans to be made and I’m here for that.
I love learning in all ways, about things, about people, languages, what you were up to last summer, all sorts.
My naturally inquisitive nature means I’m well placed to swiftly learn about what you or your organisation values and the personal steps to help you move to the next level.
I’m keen to pay it forward and will happily support you to become a more efficient version of yourself, if all you need are systems put in place rather than someone working over multiple projects.
My administrative work experience is mostly within the NHS on the Communications Team of a Community and Mental Health NHS Trust. This experience of a busy and diverse organisation going through a great a deal of change means that I have a specific understanding and appreciation of last minute changes, stakeholder engagement and report creation amongst other things.
I’m particularly interested in supporting small business and not-for-profit organisations as I believe there can be limited access to high quality considerate project management but my skills set will suit a wide range of contexts.
I enjoy the physicality of life and spend as much time as I can summon out taking photos, cycling, running, playing with my 2 kids, messing with my husband, baking with and for friends, building community and enjoying walks along the many canal paths in Wigan, UK.
Have you got something you think I could help with? Get in touch and let’s talk shop. I may just be what you need to get things going and done ✅ .
